These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you") and KC777 (hereinafter "KC777", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the KC777 online gaming platform accessible at https://kc777.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing, registering on, or using the KC777 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with KC777's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. KC777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on KC777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your Account remains active:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing or using the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You have verified that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable in your place of residence or physical location. This is your sole responsibility.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of KC777, the Operator, or any software provider associated with the Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from KC777 or been excluded by the Operator for any reason, unless formally reinstated in writing.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the KC777 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances, subject to the Operator's fraud investigation procedures.

4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and a chosen username. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

4.3 You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. KC777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify KC777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.4 Accounts may not be sold, transferred or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in immediate termination of that Account.

4.5 KC777 reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate any Account registration at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the provided registration information is false, incomplete or misleading.

5.1 Before any withdrawal may be processed, KC777 requires all Players to successfully complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This process may also be triggered at any time at the Operator's discretion, including following unusual account activity or in connection with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

5.2 Required documentation typically includes, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document such as a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent (within 3 months) utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence confirming your residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits belongs to the registered Account holder (e.g., screenshot of wallet, bank statement).

5.3 KC777 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

5.4 All documentation submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with KC777's Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification and compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law or the Operator's licensing obligations.

6.1 Deposits: Deposits to KC777 Accounts are processed through the payment methods listed in the platform cashier at the time of transaction. Availability of specific methods — which may include references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and/or cryptocurrency options — is subject to operator confirmation and may vary. Mention of these payment brands is for informational reference only and does not imply endorsement, partnership or support for gambling by any of those institutions or service providers.

6.2 All Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Conversion rates applicable to deposits made in other currencies are determined by the Operator and will be disclosed in the cashier prior to transaction confirmation.

6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per time period. Current limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. KC777 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6.4 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure. Processing times are subject to KYC verification status, the payment method selected and any pending bonus wagering requirements. Indicative processing windows are provided in the cashier and are not guaranteed.

6.5 KC777 does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees or charges. Players are advised to review the fee schedules of their chosen payment provider independently.

6.6 KC777 will not process withdrawal requests to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the Account holder. All withdrawal destinations must match the identity confirmed during KYC.

7.1 KC777 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral credits, birthday rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be clearly published alongside each offer.

7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet requirements within this period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games or markets contribute to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates vary and are published in the relevant promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time, unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• KC777 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.

7.3 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, or the use of software to gain unfair advantage, is prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

8.1 All sports betting markets — including cricket, football, UFC and esports — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the platform's betting rules section. In the event of any conflict between market-specific rules and these Terms, the market-specific rules shall prevail with respect to settlement of that market.

8.2 Bets placed on cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are subject to official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. KC777 does not accept liability for any disruption caused by weather delays, match postponements or changes to playing conditions.

8.3 Once confirmed, bets may not be cancelled, amended or withdrawn by the Player except where the platform's cash-out feature is explicitly available for the relevant market and the Player exercises that option within the permitted window.

8.4 KC777 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including where odds were published incorrectly due to a technical or human error. Players will be notified of voided bets and the original stake amount will be returned to the Account Balance.

8.5 Casino games, including live dealer games, slots and table games, are governed by the individual game's rules as provided by the respective software provider. RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on the platform are illustrative examples unless stated as current verified figures confirmed by the game provider.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KC777 platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under the minimum age requirement (18+ or higher as required by the Operator's license jurisdiction).
• Using any automated software, bot, script or algorithm to place bets, scrape data or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches or pricing anomalies for systematic financial gain ("arbing" or error exploitation).
• Collusion with other Players, including match-fixing, chip-dumping in poker or any coordinated activity designed to defraud KC777 or other users.
• Money laundering or using the platform to process the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, using VPN, proxy or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassment, abuse, threatening behaviour or offensive communication directed at KC777 staff or other platform users.
• Any conduct that in KC777's reasonable judgment poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, its users or the Operator's licensing obligations.

10.1 All content on the KC777 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, icons, audio, video, data compilations and software — is the intellectual property of KC777, the Operator or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or otherwise exploit any platform content without prior written consent.

10.3 Game content provided by third-party software providers remains the intellectual property of those providers and is subject to their respective licensing terms.

11.1 KC777 and the Operator make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its services. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KC777 and the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.

11.3 KC777's total liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 KC777 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on third-party payment processors, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other financial institution. Payment method availability and processing are governed by those providers' own terms and are outside KC777's control.

12.1 KC777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides the following tools to all Account holders, accessible from the account settings dashboard without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or forced session breaks after a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined short-term period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the platform, subject to the Operator's self-exclusion policy.

12.2 KC777 is strictly for adults aged 18 and over, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is applicable. Proof of age is required as part of KYC verification.

13.1 KC777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft or money laundering.
• A Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The Operator is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction or court order.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period.

13.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, KC777 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where funds are legitimately owed to the Player and no prohibited conduct is identified, those funds shall be returned following satisfactory KYC verification.

13.3 Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting KC777 support. Remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the Player following KYC confirmation, subject to processing times.

14.1 KC777 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, KC777 will provide notification via a prominent notice on the platform or by email to the address registered to the Account.

14.2 Continued use of the KC777 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure via support.

14.3 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of their obligations.

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Details of the applicable licensing jurisdiction are provided in the Operator's terms section of the platform.

15.2 In the event of any dispute between you and KC777 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, you are encouraged to first contact KC777 support to seek an informal resolution. KC777 will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

15.3 If an informal resolution cannot be achieved, disputes may be referred to the dispute resolution process available under the Operator's licensing framework. Details of applicable dispute resolution mechanisms are set out in the Operator's licence terms.
